Why do I feel so lonely in this world

Why do I feel so lonely in this world

Loneliness has been defined as "The painful awareness of being isolated from other people." While this definition may seem like a very general description, it does give us a starting point for understanding what causes loneliness.

Loneliness is something that affects everyone at some point in their life. Some people get over it, and some never really recover from it. What makes someone feel lonely? Is it because they don't have friends or family around them? Or maybe they are surrounded by people, but they just don't feel connected to anyone.

There are several reasons why someone might feel lonely. One of these reasons is that they lack social skills. They may also feel isolated due to a disability or illness. Another reason is that they may be depressed.

Here the following reasons may affect your life.

1. I am not good at making friends

I have always been a loner and never really had many friends. I don't know if it's just me or what but I think people are intimidated by my personality. I'm shy and quiet and I don't talk much unless I know someone well. I don't want to make friends with people who I don't know very well. I prefer hanging out with people I already know instead of meeting new people.

 2. I don't have any hobbies

I don't do anything outside of school. I don't play sports, I don't go to parties, I don't hang out with anyone. I don't even watch TV. I spend most of my time studying and working on homework. I don't have time for anything else.

 3. I don't have a girlfriend

I've tried dating girls before but they all seem to get bored after a while. I don't know how to keep them interested in me. I don't know what I would say to them if we were talking about something interesting. I don't know where to start.

 4. I don't have anyone to confide in

I don't trust anyone. I don't know why but I don't trust people. I don't know anyone who I can tell things to. I don't know who I could turn to if I was having problems.

 5. I don't have family

My parents died when I was young. My grandparents raised me until I was old enough to take care of myself. I don't have siblings either. I don't have anybody to rely on.

 6. I don't have money

I live off of my own savings. I don't have much money to spend on myself. I don't buy clothes, I don't eat out, I don't go shopping. I don't have anything extra to spend on myself.

 7. I don't have anywhere to go

I don't have a place to stay. I don't have friends to stay with. I don't have relatives to stay with. I have no place to call home.

8. I am not good at talking about myself

I am not good at talking to people about my feelings. I have always been a person who keeps things inside me. I don't know how to express my emotions and feelings. I just keep them inside me.

 9. fear of being judged

I am afraid of being judged by others. I am afraid they think I'm weird or something.

 10. I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings

I don't want to hurt someone's feelings. I don't want them to get mad at me. I don't want anyone to hate me.

 11. I don't understand what is the meaning of love

I don't understand what love really means. I don't know what love is. I don't know if I've ever felt love before.

 12. I don't know where to find true friends

I don't know where to look for true friends. I don't know who my real friends are. I don't know whom I can trust. Be sincere, one day someone like you will find you.

 13. I don't know anything about myself

I don't know anything about my past. I don't know much about my family history. I don't know my childhood memories. I don't even know my own name.
